Dhananjay • 12/19/2011
Question
I asked earlier a question unlike medition japa involve chanting at any time in this we have to concentrate on sound of words or we have to concentrate on trikuti or we haven't to concentrate at all.Is their any posture involved.
Answer
1. One should concentrate with Bhakthi (devotion) on the God denoted by the mantra during 'Japa'.
2. It is not necessary to think on the words of the Mantra or focus on Thrikuti in Japa.
3. Padmasana or Sidhasana are preferable. While traveling or during other times, one can sit on a seat or chair and practice.
