thanks for your help in clearing my doubt
could you explain the importance of sandhyavandanam?
could you also explain advaita?

Answer

1. The 'Sandhyavandanam' is a ritualistic approach performed after the thread ceremony by the Brahmin class to awaken 'Kundalini' to realize the self.

2. To realize one's true self as not different from the Lord is 'Advaita'. It is complete non-duality.
