Sri Sri Mahavatar Babaji appeared before many great people like Adi Sanakaracharya, Kabeer Das, V.T Neelakandan, Yogi S Iyyer, Mrs Annibasent etc, He is the immortal yogi in this kaliyuga, By meditating on him we can see the great Yogiraj Mahavatar Babaji?

1. Any one type of meditation is to be practiced.
2. If the object of meditation is Mahavatar Babaji, then the same is to be adhered to without any change. Frequently changing the object of meditation is not advisable.
3. When the efforts are adequate and carried out for the required time, the meditation bears fruit.
