Question

Dear Sir,
How r u? This query is for my freind
He is very interested in Brahmacharya after reading your posts. But last week he faced a minor surgery for his testicles due to vericocele vein. After that operataion he told to me that my preserved semen lost due to operation. Sir I have doubt that ,is the preserved semen will loss due to the operation in testicles? How the semen situating in testicles? Sir in your previous post , I saw that after death the Jiva will become Preta, but I heard in a speech that the "Preta" is the sanskrit word of "Dead body" , Please clear my doubts

True is only the Self

Answer

1. Varicocele surgery to correct entangled blood vessels in the scrotum does not lead to loss of semen. Semen is secreted under sexual impulse and not due to surgery!

2. The word ‘Preta’ in Samskrut refers to a Jiva that has entered another plane/world, being bereft of a physical body through death. ‘Shava’ is the word used to denote a dead body.
