been working on celibacy for over 8 months.

QUESTION: hi Dhananjay, I have read your answers and I am very happy there are some who "show the way" on celibacy.

I have tried for many months to achieve this feat but after 5-7 days, I just give in. I live in Australia and I have a very random schedule. Is there anything I can do to help myself?

ANSWER: Gradually increase this period to 10 days, then to 12 days and so on in small increments. This will help reach longer periods of success.

Pray to God with devotion and surrender for success in Brahmacharya. Success in Brahmacharya cannot be attained without his will, grace and blessings. Our's is only to try, there's nothing more within our reach. Failure or success are dependent on his will alone.
