Difficulty in mental Brahmacharya

Question
hari om dear, my question is that i am able to observe brahmacharya at physical level but find it extremely difficult at mental level. i have tried the mother, sister and daughter bhav towards the opposite sex but all in vain. hope u can give me a useful advice...
Answer
Simply persevere in a life of Yoga & Brahmacharya with the complete Yogic lifestyle, with devotion and surrender to God. There is no method greater and higher than Yoga. Lord Krishna reiterates the same in the Bhagavad-Gita with the words, Nâsti Yoga Samam Balam (There is no power equal to Yoga). In course of time, after a few years of such effort, things will fall in place and turn better.
