The practice of Brahmacharya in thought, word and deed with adequate physical activity, intellectual work and God-meditation, if carried out rightly leads to the conservation and transmutation of semen into Ojas. This eventually weeds out all diseases of the body and mind, installing excellent health and strength.
The incidence of any disease is due to past negative karma. Brahmacharya negates past karma and takes man towards self-realization, not the reverse. It can never lead to any disease. Contrary to developing such a complication, the chances of prostate cancer get reduced in the Brahmachari as the prostate gland is rested and rejuvenated further to the transmutation of semen. The incidence of prostate cancer is unheard of in Brahmachari's who carry out Brahmacharya through correct Yogic methods.
