Question

QUESTION: Hello,

You know when a man reach perfect brahmacharya could he stick to just one spiritual method to achieve the self or shoud he mix many together? The spiritual methods are breathing excercise, mantra, kundalini yoga, zen meditation. ANd I have another question if you dont mind, there are religions who dont have yoga or sadhana like Jewish or Christian religion but at same time they had history of man with miracles and superpowers, how if there are no hih stage related to metaphysic and kundalini like in Tantra and Yoga?

ANSWER: 1. One method is to be followed.

2. There are different paths to realize the self. The prescribed method is one such. Whether one calls a method 'Yoga' or something else, or does not give it a name is of no consequence.

QUESTION: Thanks, I know there are methods to attain the self. The Kundalini energy depends on dissolving the ego to awake to 7th Sahasrara Chakra or its the other way, the ego dissolving depends on awakening first the kundalini? If the awakening of kundalini is a consequence of first dissolving the ego then teachings of kundalini and chakras are not essential to dissolve the ego.

Answer

1. The awakening of Kundalini is a consequence of divine grace and nothing else. The Ego is still very strong at the time of awakening. As Kundalini goes higher, the Ego will very slowly get beaten and destroyed, stage by stage.

2. By the time Kundalini reaches the 7th Chakra, the Ego will be almost annulled in the process. When this is fully and irreversibly accomplished, Kundalini merges into the Purusa (Supreme) and becomes one with HIM forever. Then the one who wanted realization no longer exists. He is gone forever. Pure consciousness alone remains.

ॐ तत् सत्
(That Supreme being is the absolute truth)
