Question

respected sir,
i am practising brahmacharya for 6 months now i would like to ask you 3 questions kindly guide..
1.i am planning to start rajayoga with my practise because the transmutation process whcih i am doing is not much effective.. as all the sitting positions are turning out difficult because of some spine/muscle injuries .. is it okey to practice in vajrasana ?? which is turning out to be most comfortable ..
2.i have a case of dry skin disease which is genetical in nature, is it also due to energy imbalance ?? is it a hindrence??
3.before 3 years i practised trataka about 3 or 4 instances, after that my forhead area becomes activated with energy even if i never did it again ,is it bad or backfired ??
         with regards sabari .....

Answer

1. Yes, one can practice in Vajrasana.

2. No worries. Ignore the condition and continue with practice.

3. Various reactions occur during the initial few years of practice. Do not worry about these minor reactions. If the methods suggested in past answers are followed completely with a Yogic lifestyle, all these vacate in the course of time, leading to stable health and well being.
