Sadhana and dharma

Question

Dear sir,

Reference: http://en.allexperts.com/q/Celibacy-Abstinence-3564/2014/2/balance-sadhana-work.

I dont find time for morning yogic practices ( and may not be able to find for next 1.5 years).
From the previous post, I understand that sadhana and work are no different, but how does one transmute without physical and spiritual activity?
Can brahmacharya still be maintained only with studies and work, right diet and god surrender, with no time for other yogic practice?

Om tat sat!

Answer

To the one who has realized the essence, they are one and the same. However, proper Yoga Sadhana is necessary to aid transmutation. Meditation, which is merging the mind into the Atmna (self) is mandatory.
