The desire for recreational sex, be it in a man or woman is due to the presence of'Agnyâna'(Ignorance) around the Jivâtma (Degenerated individual soul).

Age is for the body; not for the mind and the past Vâsanâs (Tendencies) that it is associated with. A man or woman may be ninety years old yet full of sexual desires. When we refer to the age of a person, it means that his/her physical body is ninety years old. The mind has no age and sexual desires are a product of the mind. One's age and physical condition have nothing to do with it.
