Wet dreams and sleeping time

Dhananjay • 7/14/2014
Question

You say in previous posts that waking up at 4'am daily will help prevent nightfall.is this really feasible as we all generally need 8 hours sleep.at what time would be best on going to bed at night then also?

Answer

1. Mere waking up at 4.00 A.M will not prevent nightfall. The wake up should be used to apply Yoga Sadhana, with commitment to Brahmacharya, so as to transmute semen back into Ojas, following which nightfall tapers and disappears after many years of unbroken practice, when the Yogi becomes an 'Urdhvareta'.

2. 9.00 P.M. Seven hours of sleep suffices for the Yogi.
