Question

Dear Dhananjay Guruji,
You have great patience and personality to answer the same questions again and again.Hats off to you guruji,

I have read through most of your answers every one of those are detailed and to the point.I really admire and respect such people who strech themselves to solve other's problem and guide them in the right path.

My name is Vijay ,29 years old.

My initial experience were similar to others I used to have wet dreams, semen leakage in urine due to excessive mastubation for 17+ years ,I came to know very late the ill effects of masturbation though I firmly decided to stop masturbating 2 yrs ago recovered to some extent after I took to yoga and learnt about bramhacharya.

Though I have recovered I am not there yet [I have look younger, my face and skin are brighter, I feel a lot confident than previous years] but I still have pot belly and face problem with premature ejaculation(for which i am taking ashwagandha).

Like to inform that I practise following asanas Ganesha- namaskara,Suryanamaskara, shalabhasana, dhanurasana, vayumuktasana, thribandha, shirshasana, sarvangasana, matsyasana, halasana, ardhamatsyendrasana, garudasana, ushtrasana.
[I learnt most of asana's through internet research]

I just got married and I want to increase quality and quantity of my sprem and also like to have a ojasvi, tejasvi and varchasvi child by next year.

I know that you assist on issues related to bramhacharya only incase you feel that question is outside your perview, atleast guide/refer me to the person who can help me.

Please help me guruji.
Awaiting your reply.

Regards
Vijay

Answer

1. In the path of Yoga, one who has attained 'Kaivalya' (self-realization) alone befits to be addressed Guru or take such a title. Since my journey towards this state is not yet complete, I do not deserve to be addressed Guru.

2. Continue with the Asana-s. Consume a healthy and nutritious diet with adequate milk, curd and dairy products. Sleep early (by 9.00~9.30 P.M) and wake up early (4.00 A.M Brahmimuhurtham) to perform the Yogic practices which have been described. The correct practice of 'Tribandha' will root out pre-mature ejaculation.

2. This will gradually increase the power of Veerya for successful conception. Gradually limit and reduce on sexual activity (to the fertile period of the wife's monthly cycle/once a month). The less frequent the expenditure of semen, the better becomes its quality for progeny.

Before indulging in sexual contact for progeny, the husband and wife should sit in 'Padmasana' with the spine straight and meditate for a few minutes on the Lord with the thought - "O Lord, we shall now indulge in the divine union to beget a healthy child. Thou reside within me and within my wife as the Atman. Thou resides as the Atman in that Jiva which will come to us as our child. You occupy everything and all this is your 'Leela'(play). Kindly bless us with a healthy, virtuous, divine and noble soul who will tread the path of righteousness. May we be blessed and may our child be blessed".

The sexual act for progeny is carried out with this divine thought. Such a union is auspicious, divine and blessed by the Gods. At the right time, the Lord arranges for a Jiva which is karmically destined to come as the child. If both the husband and wife are into a life of Brahmacharya with much God-meditation and by limiting sexual contact for offspring, a highly evolved and noble soul will come to them as offspring. It will bring them much happiness and be of great worth, both to them and to the society. Further to conception, unbroken Brahmacharya for self-realization can be taken up.

ॐ तत् सत्
(That Supreme being is the absolute truth)
