Hello sir,
I am 23 , I believe in brahmhacharya. I wants to ask you that I tried to keep me from sexual activity but I can't .
Its reflect my health . I become mentally, physically sick if I continues to it . so I wants proper advise from you about how to do proper brahmacharya and healthy
