Urine Infection and Sensation around upper left back

Hello Dhananjay ji,
Thank you for answering all of my questions.
A few days back I got urine infection and it burns a lot when I pass the urine and I am not able to control the pressure of my urine.
FYI I have consulted my doctor regarding urine infection. Doctor has advised a few medicines and cital tonic.
My question to you is, is this something related to me being on this route or just because of some infection in my body.
Also, I have noticed sensations around my upper left back.
Please explain why these sensations are happening around my upper back.

1. It is important to practice proper transmutation and not merely let the vital force stagnate. The complete Yoga Sadhana with required physical, mental activity in real life helps one achieve the same.
Sometimes, past karma manifests as some form of illness in the path. Take the required medical efforts and continue with the practice. Eventually, all issues are resolved.
2. Pranic movements can cause sensations. One should ignore them and focus on Sadhana to realize the self alone.
