Manifestation of Siddhi-s

Question
I know as you mentionned earlier, siddhis are themselves manifestation of mind and not enlightnement. But dont they come as a by-product of a life of yoga? What is the cause of manifestation of the siddhis?
Answer
1. Siddhi-s come to the extent destined, to that particular body & mind, from the power of the Atman, just as the rays of the Sun pass through a piece of cloth, when held against Sunlight.
2. The cause of any kind of manifestation, including the world is the Leela (play) of the Lord, Siddhi-s included.
