Past residual sexual energy.

Much respects, in need of some advice into moving forward to a more pure being.
6 years ago i had a relationship with a girl which lasted about 2 years. It was a intimate relationship, longest relationship i have had. Only 26 now. Since then there has been only minor to zero sexual contact.
I have a feeling that the sexual energy create in that relationship is within this being. Think it may be the cause of some of the wet dreams i keep having. I have racked my mind to figure out ways of expelling but my knowledge is very limited.
So my question is can you carry residual sexual energy from past relationship 6 years into the future?
If so how does on go about expelling it?
No one i know seems to understand it like you dhananjay or they just may choose to keep us in the dark about all this information.
