Answer
1. Erections that occur in deep sleep are normal and necessary. They are non-sexual. It is nature's way of ensuring adequate blood supply and revitalization of the region, when the body is at rest. Hence the langot is to be removed. Nightfall goes away after many years of transmutation and not by forcibly containing the organ in sleep (which is harmful)
During daytime, when one is engaged in activity, the flow of 'Prana'(life energy) and thereby blood is largely concentrated in the other bodily muscles and the brain, so as to help one function properly and excel there. Wearing a langot promotes this efficiently.
2. One should persevere to the best of his ability within the available time. Things gradually become favorable.
3. One should stop bothering about things such as Alopecia (balding) which are genetic & do not harm one's health in any way.
4. They are perfectly normal and should not be restricted.
