Question
Hello, I am in my 2nd month of brahmacharya an I am still experiencing some intense depression and withdrawal symptoms such as weird pain/pressure in my back, headaches, lack of appetite.. I'm wondering if you or anyone else u know who is a successful brahmahari experienced these symptoms as late as into the 2nd month and if u have any word on when they may clear up?
Answer
Oscillations of the mind and body can last years and decades. One need not worry about these, as long as there is proper transmutation through adequate Sadhana.
