Question

Dear Sir
How are you? My brahmacharya is going smoothly by God grace and Your valuable hel, please clear my some more doubts:-

1) If a person carried out a long brahmachrya and willfully made a voluntary break , what happens to his body I mean newly changed toxis? and his all semen will lose by a single break after a long periods of brahmacharya?

2) When I am sitting on mediation, my concentration is always on "I" or "who am I", is this is a correct method?

Answer

1. A voluntary break resets spiritual advancement.

2. One should eventually forget the ‘I’ & merge it into the thought of the all pervading ‘Lord’ (by realizing that the I is a part of the Lord and no different)

3. By long practice and unbroken Brahmacharya.

ॐ तत् सत्
(That Supreme being is the absolute truth)
