Several Doubts

Question

Sir
I have some more doubt that: 1. What are the Yogic Kriyas can do from the temple (Trataka and Meditation can do from the temple?) 2.Why the experts saying that yoga must do before sun set and sun rise? 3.why feeling light hot under the end of back born during brahmacharya life? 4.Please share your spiritual experiance during brahmacharya life?

Thanking u Sir

Answer

1. Yogic practices can be performed from the temple provided the seating position is maintained (Sidhasana, Padmasana etc..) and the surroundings are calm and free from disturbance and people. One should not practice Yoga Sadhana for liberation in front of people in public view. It should be practiced in private, alone completely filling the mind with the thought of God and nothing else. However, chanting mantras or Japa can be performed in the temple.

2. For the significance of performing Yoga before Sunrise and at Sunset see the FOLLOW UP of: http://en.allexperts.com/q/Celibacy-Abstinence-3564/2011/11/male-period.htm in 'past answers' Dt:11/14/2011

3. Various sensations occur in the lower chakras during the initial stages of Brahmacharya due to the flow of Pranic currents further to conservation of semen. This leads to feelings of heat in the lower spine.

4. My experiences in the path towards 'Kaivalya' (self-realization) are not yet complete. I shall try to describe them if I happen to attain to that state of enlightenment by the grace of the Almighty Parabrahman and if he so wishes.
