Question
What happens when a man have sexual intercouse or masturbates himself but does not ejaculate? Is this practice dangerous for his health? Does the prana of the semen return to the whole body or it is lost in the moment the reproductive fluid is formed?
Answer
Mere restraint from ejaculation will lead to various health problems. One should practice proper Brahmacharya and overcome the need for both recreational sex & ejaculation. That is the right method.
