QUESTION: when i talk about pranayama i mean yogic breath consist of lower abdominal, upper abdominal, chest & upper chest.i don't mean nadi shodhana with kombahaka. regardless of retention of breath or not retention i have this problem.i apologize repeating the question.

Answer

The condition depicts the need for purification of the Nadi-s. When the same is achieved, there does not occur any discomfort. One does not experience any uneasiness or pain during the application of the breath techniques when the Nadi-s have been completely purified. Apply the procedure suggested above for 6 months regularly. The problem will get sorted out without doubt.

(That Supreme being is the absolute truth)
